I’m Having Trouble Logging In!

I forgot my username. Do I have a Nor1 user?

Username for all eStandby Upgrade users is your email address. If you are unsure if you have a user or not, please follow the directions below:

Non existent account assigned to the email address

 

Would you like to request an account? Request a New Property Manager User

User assigned to the email address already exists

 

 

Locked User Status and Password Reset

Multiple eStandby login attempts will result in a user locked status. Please initiate a self-unlock by clicking on "forgot your password" or have your property administrator reset your access credential.

Password needs to be reset periodically, a self-reset is available on our main Nor1 login page.

Remember that your property administrator can reset your access credential and manage users.
